- Registration Fee $1,750
- Games will start at 7:00am on Saturday, December 28th, 2013
- Games will end no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 30th, 2013
Location & Facilities
- The tournament has secured hotel room blocks for all teams participating in the tournament.
- As a condition of acceptance, all out-of-town teams MUST reserve rooms through the tournament hotel registrar and stay ONLY at an authorized hotel.
- Following receipt of your team’s entry form, the tournament hotel registrar will contact you regarding hotel reservations.
- No Gate Fee will be charged.

- Registration and payments will be done online. All teams must pay the deposit of $750 online during the registration process. The deadline to register is September 1st, 2013 and teams will be notified of their acceptance by September 8th, 2013.
- If you do not pay in full online, you will need to complete your full payment no later than Sep 1st by one of the following options:

- Check - make checks payable to TPH and mail them to 3185 Leeman Ferry Rd, Huntsville, AL 35801 c/o Nichelle Simon. Be sure to include your team name and birthyear on the check!
