Content:
- GUARANTEE OF FIVE (5) GAMES!
- Games are 1 hour 20 minutes long
- Hospitality room will be provided for coaches and team managers
- One complimentary hotel room per team (please see Hotel information below for details)
- Registration Fee $895
Game Times:
- Games will start at 7:00am on Friday, January 1st, 2009
- Games will end no later than 5:00pm on Sunday, January 3rd, 2009
Facilities:
All games will be played at A-Game Sportsplex, a two-sheet facility located 20 minutes south of Nashville. For more information please visit www.agamesportsplex.com.
Hotels:
The tournament has secured hotel room blocks for all teams participating in the tournament. As a condition of acceptance, all out-of-town teams MUST reserve rooms through the tournament hotel registrar and stay ONLY at an authorized hotel. Following receipt of your team’s entry form, the tournament hotel registrar will contact you regarding hotel reservations. All hotel rates will not exceed $99 per night.
Gate:
No Gate Fee will be charged.
